What is your uptime guarantee?

Uptime SLA: 99.9% uptime guarantee for the cloud services measured every month. Uptime is calculated as follows:

((Total Time – Downtime) / Total Time) x 100

Do you offer downtime service credits?

Yes, we do. If mCloud fails to meet the performance standards outlined in the applicable SLAs, the Client may be eligible for service credits. Service credits will be calculated as a percentage of the monthly service fees for the affected service based on the severity and duration of the service disruption.
